SEPARATE RANDOM DRAWINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED FOR THE UNITED STATES AND MEXICO.   3. Eligibility: The Wizarding Wednesdays Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C. or Mexico who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence, whichever is older) and who have an active e-mail account and Internet access as of January 17, 2023. Employees of Sponsor, Administrator, Vibable LLC, Universal City Development Partners, Ltd. d/b/a Universal Orlando Resort (“Universal Orlando”) and Universal City Studios, LLC d/b/a Universal Studios Hollywood (“Universal Studios Hollywood”) (collectively referred to herein as “Universal”) any organizations sponsoring, fulfilling, administering the Sweepstakes or supplying the prizes, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, related and affiliated companies, and the immediate family and household members of all such foregoing individuals, are not eligible to enter or win. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not. Potential winners may be required to provide proof of eligibility prior to prize award. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

  4. Sweepstakes Schedule: The Sweepstakes begins on or about 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on Sunday, February 12, 2023 (“Promotion Period”), as set forth in the chart below. Four (4) separate and distinct Sweepstakes entry periods (each, an “Entry Period” and collectively, "Entry Periods") will take place during the Promotion Period. Sponsor's computer is the official clock for this Sweepstakes. For avoidance of doubt, the Sweepstakes will be dormant and inactive in between Entry Periods.

Sweepstakes Entry: To enter, if U.S. resident navigate the Internet to https://www.hogwartslegacy.com/en-us/wizarding-wednesdays ; if resident of Mexico navigate the internet to https://www.hogwartslegacy.com/es-mx/wizarding-wednesdays (collectively, the "Website"). Complete and submit an entry form with all required information including your first and last name, valid e-mail address and date of birth.

    CLICK THE CHECK BOX SIGNIFYING THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 (OR AGE OF MAJORITY, WHICHEVER IS OLDER), HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND SPONSOR'S TERMS OF USE (AVAILABLE AT HTTPS://POLICIES.WARNERBROS.COM/TERMS/EN-US/HTML/TERMS_EN-US_1.2.0.HTML).     Personal information provided when entering the Sweepstakes will be collected for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes. Use of personal information so collected shall be subject to the applicable privacy policy of Sponsor (for the U.S., Sponsor’s Privacy Policy is available at https://policies.warnerbros.com/privacy/; for Mexico, Sponsor’s Privacy Policy is available at https://policies.warnerbros.com/privacy/en-eu/),  The applicable Privacy Policy contains information about how an entrant may access or correct personal information collected from him/her or to make a privacy complaint.  Residents of Mexico should also be aware that their personal information will be transferred to the United States which may not have the same level of data privacy protection as Mexico.

    During the entry process, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional and reminder e-mails from Sponsor. Consenting to receive promotional and/or reminder e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed upon in order to be eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these e-mails, the use of such e-mails is subject to Sponsor’s applicable privacy policy and you may opt out of receiving these e-mails at any time.

     

    Limit of one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period.

     

    Multiple entries in excess of this limitation or mass entry attempts will result in disqualification of all entries by such person. Entries must be manually key-stroked by the entrant; use of automated entry devices or programs, or entries by third parties, are prohibited. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Proof of entering information at the Website or entry form is not considered proof of delivery or receipt of such entry.

    If entrant chooses to enter using a mobile device, standard data rates may apply. Check your carrier for applicable charges.

    If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond Sponsor’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the Sweepstakes and award the prize(s) of the affected Entry Period(s) for affected (United States and/or Mexico) random drawing(s) by means of a random drawing comprised of all eligible entries received for such affected Entry Period(s) for affected (United States and/or Mexico) random drawing(s)  prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or otherwise award the prize(s) for such affected Entry Period(s)/random drawing(s) in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of Sweepstakes will be posted on the Website. Without limitation of any other term here, Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, technical failures of any kind, any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes.

    Entrants further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE OR WEBSITE, TO SEEK TO DEFRAUD SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES VIOLATES CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT (IF APPLICABLE), AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

  6. Random Drawings/Selection of Winners/Odds: Entries will first be sorted by entrant’s country of residence (i.e., United States or Mexico.) Then, for each Entry Period (as per the chart in Rule 4 above), one (1) Potential prize winner will be selected in a random drawing for that Entry Period to take place on or about one (1) business day following the end date of such Entry Period (as per the chart in Rule 4 above). A given Entry Period random drawing will consist of all eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period for either the United States or Mexico (as applicable). Non-winning Sweepstakes Entries from an Entry Period will be carried forward to subsequent Entry Period(s) for the applicable country. All drawings will be conducted by Probability LLC, an independent judging organization/Administrator whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

    Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received during the applicable Entry Period for the applicable country.

  7. Winner Notification: Potential Prize winners will be notified by e-mail on or about one (1) business day following the end of each Entry Period. (For Mexico random drawings, as a pre-condition to becoming a potential Prize winner, a person must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other assistance of any kind within a pre-determined time limit.) Failure to respond to the initial notification e-mail within three (3) business days after transmission to the potential winner or return of the e-mail notification as undeliverable after two (2) attempts will result in disqualification and award of the prize to an alternate winner selected from among all remaining eligible entries received for the applicable random drawing. Potential winners may be required to complete, sign and return within three (3) business days of transmission, an Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility, Release and Indemnification, and a Publicity Release where allowed by law, W9 Form (for Mexican residents, or comparable form) and any other documentation required by Sponsor or Administrator (collectively, the "Prize Claim Documents"). If a potential winner does not respond to the initial notification attempt within three (3) business days after transmission as set forth above, if Prize Claim Documents are not returned to Administrator within the specified time period (if applicable), if any prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, if a potential winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, or if a potential winner does not accept the prize for any reason, prize may be forfeited and such potential winner may be disqualified. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected from all remaining eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period (for the applicable country.) In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized holder of the transmitting e-mail account. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

  8. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”):

    For both the United States random drawings and the Mexico random drawings, there will be four (4) Grand Prize winners (i.e., one (1) winner per Entry Period).

    1. UNITED STATES

      Entry Period #1 Grand Prize: Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) voucher for up to four (4) tickets to attend the Harry Potter and the Cursed Child play in New York, NY (subject to terms and conditions, expiration date and blackout dates thereon; voucher is not a gift card and cannot be redeemed/exchanged for cash). Choice of date and time Show is subject to availability; winner may not be able to attend his/her first choice of date/time of Show.  ARV of Grand Prize: $636.00. USD

      Entry Period #2 Grand Prize Winner: Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) Harry Potter Magic Caster Wand (exact wand to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion). Wand is a motion-activated and “smart” connected wand that uses a mobile app to connect with compatible “smart” devices in winner’s home. Wand is rechargeable with LEDs, haptics, motion and touch sensors, and wireless connectivity. Winner is solely responsible for Internet access and related charges to utilize prize.   ARV of Grand Prize: $149.99 USD

      Entry Period #3 Grand Prize Winner: Grand Prize winner will receive all four (4) LEGO® Harry Potter Common Room Banner Sets**. ARV of Grand Prize: $140.00 USD.

      Entry Period #4 Grand Prize Winner: Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) a trip for Winner and up to three (3) Guests (“Guest”) to the Winner’s choice of either (a) Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida; or (b) Universal Studios Hollywood in Hollywood, California.

      If the Universal Orlando Resort destination is chosen,  Prize will include round trip economy class air transportation from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Universal Orlando in their sole discretion) to Orlando, FL*; three (3) nights’ standard hotel accommodation (one room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort or at another Universal Orlando Resort hotel (as determined by Universal Orlando in their sole discretion); non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Orlando, FL*; 3-Park 3-Day Park-to-Park tickets for admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Universal’s Volcano Bay Water Theme Park for Winner and up to three (3) Guests. The Fair Market Value (“FMV”) of the Universal Orlando Resort Prize is Four Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirty and 53/100 Dollars ($4,930.53) USD

      If the Universal Studios Hollywood destination is chosen, Prize will include round trip economy class air transportation from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Universal Studios Hollywood in their sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA**; two (2) nights’ standard hotel accommodation (one room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at Sheraton Universal Hotel (or at another nearby hotel as determined by Universal Studios Hollywood in their sole discretion); non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Los Angeles, CA**; two (2) days general admission tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood for Winner and up to three (3) Guests. The Fair Market Value (“FMV”) of the Universal Studios Hollywood Prize is Four Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-Six and 00/100 Dollars ($4,746.00) USD

      Trips must be completed by February 8th, 2024 or Prize will be forfeited. Travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, holiday, blackout dates, and other prize and travel restrictions. Travel dates are subject to Universal and Sponsor approval. Reservations are subject to availability. Trip must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to intended departure date. If Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her Prize with fewer than the allotted number of Guests or no Guest, the Prize will be awarded to Winner and each participating Guest and any remainder of the Prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. All elements of the Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. If Winner is between the ages of eighteen (18) and twenty-one (21), he/she must be accompanied by an adult of at least twenty-one (21) years of age in order to check into the on-site hotel. Unless child or ward of Winner or one of the allotted Guests, each Guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time as the Winner.  FMV of Prize may vary depending upon the points of departure, ground transportation, and/or airline fare fluctuations; any difference between stated FMV and final FMV of Prize will not be awarded. Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, baggage, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, etc.) are included in the Prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of Winner.  Winner is responsible for any air travel taxes and/or expenses, including applicable departure taxes or fees, inspection charges, baggage fees, and security charges. Winner and Guests are responsible for obtaining, at their own expense, any necessary travel documentation (i.e. valid photo identification, visas, passports, etc.) prior to travel. Once issued, tickets are nontransferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted. Travel arrangements must be made through Universal.

      In connection with any visit to Universal Orlando Resort and/or Universal Studios Hollywood, please be advised that Universal’s policies, CDC guidelines, and the recommendations of health officials must be followed.  In addition, guests should be aware of and comply with government guidelines regarding travel restrictions and mandatory quarantines before visiting any Universal destination. Please note that any public location where people are present provides an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19, and Universal cannot guarantee that any person will not be exposed during a visit.

      * For a winner who is a Florida resident and selects the Universal Orlando Resort Prize, air transportation may be substituted with another method of transportation by Universal Orlando in its sole discretion.

      ** For a winner who is a California resident and selects the Universal Studios Hollywood Prize, air transportation may be substituted with another method of transportation by Universal Studios Hollywood in its sole discretion.

      All parts of the prize selected are subject to availability and blackout dates, and subject to change without written notice or warning. Should an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities, epidemics, pandemics and the spread of infectious diseases, including without limitation COVID-19 (as defined by the World Health Organization and any of the strains, variants or mutations thereof), and any related governmental or judicial actions taken in connection with, or as a response to, any such event, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of a party, whether or not existing, known, foreseen or foreseeable at the time this promotion occurs, render the redemption or fulfilment of some or all of the prize delayed, hindered, adversely affected, impracticable, or impossible, Universal in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to evaluate and make modifications to the redemption and fulfilment processes and timelines for any prize or portion of the prize that Universal is responsible for, which may include but is not limited to providing additional time for redemption and/ or fulfilment. Should the prize become unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered.

      Prize Providers. Universal City Development Partners, Ltd. d/b/a Universal Orlando Resort (“Universal Orlando”) and Universal City Studios, LLC d/b/a Universal Studios Hollywood (“Universal Studios Hollywood”) (collectively referred to herein as “Universal”) are prize providers only in this promotion; are not sponsors of this promotion; and are not responsible for the administration of the promotion, the collection of the entries or the conduct of the draws. All disputes arising out of or relating to any person’s use of, or participation in, the Universal Orlando Resort Prize itself shall be resolved by applying the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws provisions therein, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in state or federal courts within Orange County, Florida; and all disputes arising out of or relating to any person’s use of, or participation in, the Universal Studios Hollywood Prize itself shall be resolved by applying the laws of California, without regard to conflict of laws provision therein, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in state or federal courts within California. Such claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and all such claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event to include attorneys’ fees.

    2. MEXICO

      Entry Period #1 Grand Prize: Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) PlayStation® 5** Digital Edition gaming console and one (1) Hogwarts Legacy Game Standard Edition (anticipated release date February 10, 2023). Winner is solely responsible for Internet access and related charges to utilize prize.   ARV of Grand Prize: $14,400 MXN.

      Entry Period #2 Grand Prize: Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) copy of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone MinaLima edition AND one (1) copy of Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets MinaLima edition hard-cover books. ARV of Grand Prize: $2,100 MXN.

      Entry Period #3 Grand Prize Winner: Grand Prize winner will receive all four (4) LEGO® Harry Potter Common Room Banner Sets**. ARV of Grand Prize: $2,770 MXN.

      Entry Period #4 Grand Prize Winner: Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) Hogwarts Legacy Game Collector’s Edition (anticipated release date for PlayStation® 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC gaming consoles: February 10, 2023; anticipated release date for PlayStation® 4 and Xbox One gaming consoles: April 4, 2023; anticipated release date for Nintendo Switch gaming console: July 25, 2023).** ARV of Grand Prize: $6,999 MXN.

      ARV of all prizes is: $26,269 MXN.

      RESTRICTIONS ON ALL PRIZES:

      Any costs and incidentals not specified herein are the winner’s sole responsibility. Grand Prize winners should allow up to 6-8 weeks after verification for prize award; for Hogwarts Legacy Game prizing in Mexican random drawings, the preceding is subject to the anticipated release date of the game software. No substitution or transfer of prizes except with Sponsor’s permission or where required by law. Sponsor in its sole discretion may award a substitute prize or prize component of equal or greater value if advertised prize/prize component is unavailable at time of awarding for any reason. Any images of prizes/prize components in advertising are for illustrative purposes only and actual items awarded as prizes/prize components may differ from such images; and, Sponsor and Administrator expressly disclaim any and all liability in conjunction therewith. Prizes will only be delivered to street addresses within the United States or Mexico, as applicable. Grand Prizes will be shipped via private delivery service of Sponsor’s sole choosing and winner’s signature may be required for prize acceptance. {With regard to United States random drawing Entry Period #4 Grand Prize, should there be any discrepancy between the above terms and those of Universal governing award of the trip to Universal Orlando Resort or Universal Studios Hollywood, the terms of Universal shall prevail, govern and control.}

      For United States Entry Period 4 Grand Prize, each guest of winner (if a minor their parent or legal guardian) must sign and return a liability release and publicity release where legal prior to travel.

      All applicable federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner; for Mexican random drawing Grand Prize winners, such taxes may include U.S. foreign withholding tax. United States random drawing Entry Period #4 Grand Prize winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the value of the prize. Mexican random drawing Grand Prize winners may also be issued IRS W8-BEN and/or other tax forms reflecting the value of the prize.

      Limit one (1) prize per person.

  9. Conditions and Limitations of Liability: By participating, each entrant agrees: (a) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be final in all respects; and (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, Vibable LLC, Universal, any organizations sponsoring, fulfilling, administering the Sweepstakes or supplying the prizes, each of the foregoing entities’ respective parent, subsidiary, related, affiliated and successor companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as Meta Platforms, Inc. and Twitter, Inc. (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, and/or from entrant’s acceptance, receipt, use or misuse of any prize.

    By accepting prize, Winners grants Sponsor and its designees permission to use his/her name, voice, likeness, photograph, prize information, biographical data and city and state/country of residence on a winners’ list (if applicable) and for programming, publicity and promotional purposes, worldwide in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor and its designees are not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor's sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation. Sweepstakes subject to the laws of the United States only. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and may not be acknowledged.

  10. Disputes: The parties each agree to finally settle all disputes only through arbitration; provided, however, the Released Parties shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief in the U.S. state and federal courts in Los Angeles County, California, USA, and any other court with jurisdiction over the parties. In arbitration, there is no judge or jury and review is limited. The arbitrator’s decision and award is final and binding, with limited exceptions, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. The parties agree that, except as set forth above, any claim, suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or the awarding of prizes shall be resolved solely by binding arbitration before a sole arbitrator under the Streamlined Arbitration Rules & Procedures of JAMS Inc. ("JAMS") or any successor to JAMS. In the event JAMS is unwilling or unable to set a hearing date within fourteen (14) days of the filing of a "Demand for Arbitration", then either party can elect to have the arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") or any other mutually agreeable arbitration administration service. If an in-person hearing is required, then it will take place in Chicago, IL, New York City, NY, Los Angeles, CA, Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX (whichever is closest to entrant’s residence); provided, however, if none of these locations are convenient for the hearing, the parties may mutually agree on an alternative location. The federal or state law that applies to these Official Rules will also apply during the arbitration. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis and will not be consolidated with any other proceedings that involve any claims or controversy of another party, including any class actions; provided, however, if for any reason any court or arbitrator holds that this restriction is unconscionable or unenforceable, then the agreement to arbitrate doesn’t apply and the dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California, USA. Sponsor agrees to pay the administrative and arbitrator's fees in order to conduct the arbitration (but specifically excluding any travel or other costs of entrant to attend the arbitration hearing). Either party may, notwithstanding this provision, bring qualifying claims in small claims court. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each entrant waives any right to seek to enjoin or restrain the operation or exploitation of this Sweepstakes, any advertising or other materials issued in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any other Released Party property.

  11. Language Discrepancies: Should there be any discrepancy between the English and Spanish language versions of these Official Rules, the English language version shall prevail, govern and control in all respects.

  12. Winners’ List: For the names of the winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: "The Wizarding Wednesdays Sweepstakes Winners", c/o Probability, PO Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559 USA. Mexican residents may omit return postage. All such requests must be received by February 28, 2023.
